LALI Jewels believes that exceptional jewelry deserves a lifetime of care. Every piece you purchase from LALI is crafted with the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. LALI Jewels' comprehensive limited warranty is our commitment to you, ensuring that your jewelry remains as beautiful as the day you received it.
Your original receipt is required for all warranty service. LALI Jewels agrees to repair or replace any items that we deem damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty expressly excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, theft, or any loss, including the loss of center stones. Repair, sizing, or service performed by anyone other than LALI Jewels will immediately void the warranty.
Our Promise to You
The following services are complimentary for the lifetime of your jewelry:
• Professional Cleaning and Polishing: We'll restore the original shine and brilliance of your piece. This service includes a professional cleaning and polishing. For all white gold jewelry, we will reapply a rhodium finishing—a process that restores the bright, mirror-like white luster of the metal.
• Stone Inspection: We will inspect your jewelry to ensure all stones are secure in their settings. We highly recommend having this service performed annually to prevent the potential loss of a stone.
• Stone Resetting: If a stone becomes loose, we will securely reset it for you at no charge, provided the original stone is supplied by you. Please contact our team for guidance on how to safely ship the stone with your jewelry.
• First-Time Ring Sizing: We offer one complimentary ring sizing, up to a size 10.0. Please be aware that certain ring styles, such as eternity bands or those with intricate patterns, may have sizing limitations. If your ring requires sizing above a size 10.0, we can often accommodate this for an additional fee. Our team will provide a quote after assessing the piece.
What Isn't Covered
Our warranty and complimentary services do not apply to the following:
• Excessive Wear, Tear, and Abuse: Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care. This includes, but is not limited to, bent prongs, damaged settings from impact, or significant scratches.
• Stolen or Loss of a Center Stone: While we inspect and secure your stones, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of a center stone. We strongly recommend insuring your jewelry against theft and loss.
• Third-Party Repairs: Any repairs, sizings, or other work performed on your jewelry by an outside jeweler or third-party service will immediately void our lifetime warranty. To ensure the integrity and quality of our pieces, all services must be performed by our expert jewelers.
• Clearance Pieces: Complimentary services, including sizing and chains, are not applicable to any jewelry purchased on clearance or final sale.
How to Request Service
To submit a piece for a warranty service or a repair, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at info@lalijewelry.com or call us at 212-944-2277. Please include your order number and a brief description of the service you are requesting.
2. Receive Your Shipping Label: Our team will provide you with a pre-paid, insured shipping label and detailed packing instructions to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
3. Ship Your Jewelry: Securely pack your item and send it to our service center.
4. Wait for Assessment: Once your item is received, our jewelers will assess it and perform the requested service.
5. Return Shipping: We will ship your cleaned and/or repaired jewelry back to you, free of charge.
Please allow 6-10 weeks for our jewelers to complete the service and return your item.
