Diamond and Gemstone Sourcing

LALI Jewels sources its diamonds and gemstones from mines around the world. All stones are responsibly and ethically sourced.

Stone Certification

LALI Jewels' stones are not certified unless otherwise noted. Upon request, LALI Jewels can provide a replacement value appraisal.

Ring Sizing and Availability

LALI Jewels generally stocks women's rings in size 7. A sizing range is provided on the each product page, if applicable, depending on the design complexity of the ring. Please note that those sizes are not available in stock by default, but require sizing work by our jewelers. Ring sizing typically takes 3-4 weeks to process.

Determining Your Ring Size

If you do not know your finger size, our recommendation is to visit a local reputable jewelry store and have your finger sized.

Special Orders

For all special orders, please contact LALI Jewels customer service via email at info@lalijewelry.com. Special Order prices are determined by the current production cost and may be different from what is listed for an in stock item. LALI Jewels' typical lead time on special orders is 12 to 16 weeks. Special orders may be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Pricing and Currency

LALI Jewels operates in the U.S. and all prices are listed in US Dollars. However, based on your location, and your browser’s ability to detect your foreign IP location, prices will be displayed in your local currency.

Price Adjustments

LALI Jewels continuously strives to offer a high quality product at the best possible price. Factors associated with supply chain, inflation, and raw materials (gold, diamonds, etc) costs such may impact our prices from time to time.

Discount Code and Offer Policy

LALI Jewels does not offer discount combination/stacking at this time.

Gift Card Redemption

You may enter your code at checkout to apply the full value of your card. If the purchase value is less than the gift card amount, the balance will remain on your card for future use.
