If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item/s for refund, exchange or merchandise credit within 30 days from the date of shipment. If returned between 31 and 45 days from date of shipment, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. We will gladly accept items that are unworn, unaltered and free from scratches and blemishes.

LALI offers free returns on all eligible U.S. domestic online orders. LALI will provide a free one-time pre-paid return label on eligible orders. Should any additional eligible items be returned in the same order, the shipping return will be at the customer's expense.

LALI Jewels are designed in New York. We source gemstones from around the world and manufacture in NYC along with various countries abroad, including China, Thailand and India.

LALI Jewels confidently stands behind its designs produced with superior craftsmanship using only the finest quality metals and stones. LALI proudly offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers any manufacturing defects, at no charge. The warranty does not protect against excessive wear, accidental abuse, and/or theft. Alterations of any kind will void such warranty.

In order to maintain the vibrancy and lister of tour LALI piece, it is imperative that you clean it as needed. Please use caution as specifici gemstones require certain attention. 

All of our diamonds are hand selected to ensure only the finest quality and craftsmanship. Our one-of-a-kind pieces contain SI quality diamonds. All other items contain I1 quality diamonds.

LALI Jewels' one-of-a-kind creations are set in 18 Karat white, yellow, and rose gold. All designs are primarily set in 14 Karat white, yellow, and rose gold.

Yes! LALI Jewels is happy to engrave any piece at a small, nominal fee. All engraved jewelry is final-sale. Please contact our customer service team so they can help better assist you.
